Shift Leader
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising employees and the daily operations of a store or restaurant. Oversee shift scheduling, manage worker productivity levels when the general manager is absent, and handle customer complaints. 
Primary Responsibilities
- Assign duties and make sure all employees perform them in a satisfactory manner.
 - Provide excellent customer service so visitors are satisfied with their experience.
 - Check equipment and ensure that all safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
 - Monitor the accuracy of all financial transactions, manage cash, and prepare bank deposits.
 - Give workers feedback during their shifts and cover last-minute employee absences.
 - Train new employees, record time-off requests, and resolve any conflicts between workers.
 - Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
