Job Summary
Serves as a liaison to hotel guests and provides assistance wherever needed to ensure excellent customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carries and labels guests’ luggage
- Keeps building clutter-free
- Runs errands for employees and guests
- Takes care of minor technical issues
- Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors
- Calls technicians for hotel repairs, as needed
