Job Summary
Prepares and organizes new patient information and welcomes patients into a medical facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome new patients into the facility
 - Records new patient information and ensures accuracy
 - Coordinates appointments and treatments for the patient, as necessary
 - Possesses strong communication and customer service skills
 - Prepares new patient information before their first appointment with their doctor
 - Answers phone calls and handles other clerical work, as needed
 - Verifies patient insurance information
 - Scans all new patient paperwork into the electronic filing system
