Call Center Representative
Job Summary
Takes phone calls from customers and/or members to answer questions and offer support for complaints and troubleshoot common issues.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answers phone calls, emails, and live chat requests from customers/members
 - Troubleshoots customers’ problems in a timely and professional manner
 - Offers solutions for customer complaints
 - Works in conjunction with management and other departments to resolve issues
 - Stays up to date with products and services to serve customers effectively
