$17.00 Per Hour!
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, CURRENT or RENEWABLE (less than 5 years past expiration date) WI Security License. Must have own reliable vehicle.
We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st, 2nd, AND 3rd shift and be flexible within the week/weekends to cover available shifts. As a flex officer, you train in multiple locations and cover when needed. Schedule changes are frequent, so as a flex you MUST be able to have open availability, and be able to answer to the Operations Manager when called for a job or schedule change. Federally recognized holidays are paid time and a half! Minimum Requirements:
- Current Driver's License and a good driving record.
- MUST have reliable transportation as you will be traveling to multiple sites.
- Mileage and time travel pay!
- Must be able to obtain WI State Security Officer License - No Felonies per DSPS.
- Pass background check for Per Mar Security and DSPS as part of the licensing process.
- Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to be professional in all settings, have open communication with Operations Manager and be able to learn quickly.
- Hours and shift vary and can change on a frequent basis, so you MUST be able to be flexible and completely reliable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules - Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security - Warn violators of premise rules and regulations - Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts - Report any facility issues - Request emergency personnel for high risk situations if applicable Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be responsible and dependable
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must not have any felonies.
- Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
