Scope of the Position: The SAP Master Data Lead is responsible for the governance, quality, integrity, and lifecycle management of enterprise master data across SAP and related business systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert for master data processes, standards, and governance practices, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical business data that supports operational excellence, regulatory compliance, reporting, and strategic decision-making. This position supports enterprise master data management efforts by executing established governance processes, maintaining data quality standards, and participating in SAP implementation, integration, and business improvement initiatives. The SAP Master Data Lead partners with business and IT stakeholders to address data-related challenges, support process improvements, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data across SAP and related systems. This position reports to the SAP Master Data Manager and is remote. Primary Responsibilities

Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working remotely in an office environment. You may be required to occasionally travel to and work in the office at the North Andover location for meetings, trainings, or as otherwise required by Company management. Pay Range The expected salary range for this position is $97,000-120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.
