We work with customers to deliver complex projects that support infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, mining, and technology. As the need for skilled workers grows, Bechtel is focused on helping build the future workforce needed to deliver these projects. Job Summary:
The Workforce Partnerships Director is a leadership role focused on building external partnerships that strengthen workforce pipelines and increase the availability of skilled talent for Bechtel and the construction industry. This role represents Bechtel with customers, government agencies, schools, labor organizations, industry groups, foundations, and community partners. The position leads efforts related to workforce development, training, talent attraction, public-private partnerships, workforce policy, and long-term workforce planning. The person in this role will support Bechtel's "Build the Future" strategy by helping improve the way people view construction careers, expanding access to training and certification, supporting workforce policy, and creating programs that can be used across markets.
