(Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the transition to a new banking partner across multiple divisions and functions that collect revenue, perform or support deposit duties, and/or process monies. The Program Manager will oversee overall deliverables, resources, stakeholders, requirements, process changes, and technology implementation activities across seven divisions.

Work Arrangement

• Minimum 3 days onsite per week.
• Onsite days may vary depending on meeting schedules.
• Parking is not provided for contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Strong program and project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage deliverables, resources, requirements, timelines, and dependencies across multiple divisions and organizations.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
• Experience supporting process improvement and technology implementation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• CSM certification.
• SAFe certification.
• CSPO certification.
• PSPO certification.
• SAFe POPM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Other Agile or product management credentials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the transition to a new banking partner across all applicable divisions and functions.
• Manage overall deliverables and resources across all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with banking partner resources and representatives from the revenue-collecting divisions.
• Coordinate with the Office of Commission Comptroller (OCC) and Enterprise Technology Services (ETS).
• Ensure a complete set of requirements is documented upfront for each division.
• Facilitate and support divisions in identifying changes to current processes.
• Help streamline activities and processes to maximize the benefits of new technology and services provided by the selected banking partner.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination throughout the transition.
