You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include: Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve in the vocational setting. Relevant Experience: At least one year of direct experience in a related field, supported by an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area of study.
