To help us accelerate this mission and connect with networking practitioners in more meaningful ways, the Cisco Networking Product Marketing team is seeking a thoughtful and creative Technical Product Marketing Manager to support our Cisco Wireless portfolio. As part of the extended Cisco Networking Product Marketing team, you will help shape our product marketing and go-to-market strategy, develop differentiated positioning, and work closely with product, sales, and customer teams to help bring new solutions to market. Your ImpactDevelop deep expertise with Wi-Fi and other wireless standards, spanning a portfolio of hardware, software, and machine learning technology. Collaborate across Product and Market Strategy teams to develop clear messaging and technical positioning that puts customer outcomes first. Create compelling technical product content and thought leadership to engage with the largest enterprise customers in the world. Deliver compelling and concise demonstrations of key product capabilities and use cases, live and recorded, and lead web content creation that accelerates customer understanding, interest, and purchase intent for Cisco Wireless solutions. Serve as a trusted technical and market authority while working with the wider marketing team on go-to-market and demand-generation activities. Bring structure to complex or ambiguous initiatives, proactively identifying what needs to happen and working across teams to drive decisions and outcomes. For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid. The applicable full salary ranges for this position, by specific state, are listed below: New York City Metro Area: $154,900.00 - $259,100.00Non-Metro New York state & Washington state: $136,500.00 - $228,300.00* For quota-based sales roles on Cisco's sales plan, the ranges provided in this posting include base pay and sales target incentive compensation combined. ** Employees in Illinois, whether exempt or non-exempt, will participate in a unique time off program to meet local requirements. | |
