Position Title: Inventory Specialist
Wage: $25.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm Feeling underpaid or undervalued? This could be the position that you deserve! Inventory Specialist Responsibilities: - Receive and Restock physical product into vending machines and vendor managed inventory areas - Retrieve product bins from storage and deliver them to the appropriate production stations in a timely manner - Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor - Ensure products are accurately labeled and properly organized in bins - Safely lift and transport bins weighing 10-40 lbs, following all safety protocols - Collaborate with production team members to maintain workflow and reduce downtime - Keep storage areas and workstations clean and organized - Participate in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed - Work within our vending portal and procurement system to create quotes, place orders, expedite orders, and look up lead times for orders Requirements for Inventory Specialist: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred - Ability to frequently lift and move 10-40 lb bins throughout the shift - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and teamwork skills - Familiarity with inventory management is a plus - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to regularly lift and carry bins (10-40 lbs) - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods - Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
