Position Title: Shift Coordinator

Shift Coordinator Responsibilities: - Plan, schedule and execute daily production requirements of various programs - Manage the production workflow to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers - Perform essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction, quality, and service and establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and clients - Perform effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment - Meet production and quality targets and client satisfaction goals - Meet customer commitments on time through the production of high quality products and service Requirements for Shift Coordinator: - High School Diploma or GED - At least two year of production management experience preferred - Strong attention to detail - Comfortable working independently to achieve production expectations - Good organizational and communication skills - Computer experience (Google mail, Google sheets, Inventory systems) - Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time - Able to move or lift materials up to 70 pounds IND019 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
