Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and complete production documents, labels, and forms. Basic math and counting skills required. Experience Requirements Previous material handling, warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Forklift certification or forklift operation experience required. Experience using scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment is a plus. Familiarity with production, packaging, and inventory processes preferred. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach above and below the waist throughout the shift. Ability to identify letters, numbers, symbols, labels, and product information accurately. Ability to safely work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Job Duties Supply packaging materials and cartons to production lines as needed. Operate scanners to track materials, inventory, and production activities. Erect and assemble empty cases for product packaging. Stack, label, and initial completed cases according to required pallet patterns. Band, wrap, and prepare pallets for storage or shipment. Complete production labels, forms, and documentation accurately and legibly. Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material flow throughout the facility.
