What You'll Do

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in guiding the user experience vision and executing designs that reach a global audience. You will lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver production-ready solutions that enhance user interaction and product functionality.

• Lead design outcomes for a mature project, complex program, or emerging area, defining scalable and sustainable approaches to solve difficult problems with limited precedent.
• Develop and evangelize long-term user experience and product strategy for your team, guiding the momentum of multiple adjacent design efforts.
• Provide alternative perspectives that challenge prevailing thinking against common objectives, provoking greater divergence of thought within the team.
• Deliver comprehensive design specifications, prototypes, user flows, and assets that are production-ready, adhering to and pushing the boundaries of established design systems.
• Collaborate extensively with a diverse UX team (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to champion user-centric solutions.

• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with broader UX teams (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional peers (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science).
• Demonstrated ability to champion user-centric solutions in a complex environment.
