Job Title: Warehouse Worker I
Location: Auburn, WA 98001
Duration: 4 Months
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM ( 30 minute unpaid lunch, and 2 paid 15 minute breaks) OT - possibly, but not often.
Interviews: The manager will interview candidates.
Equipment: MUST be able to operate a Reach Truck

Day to Day:
- Will be doing some picking, loading, and unloading trucks, and some receiving; however 85% or so is on the Reach truck.
Required:
- Don will not train on the Reach Truck - they want someone who's able to come in and pick up right away.
Top 3 Skills:
- Receiving experience is a plus, not a must-have, picking.
- Need someone with reliable transportation and willing to work.
- Someone who also has warehouse experience.
Core responsibilities:
- Receive and unload deliveries and physically inspect contents for any damage or errors.
- Compare delivered items to the packing slip, purchase order, and receiving schedule to ensure the correct quantity and items have been received.
- Note any damages or shortages and report them to the appropriate department or supplier.
- Sort, label, organize, and move received goods to their correct storage areas.
- Verify quality of product, packaging and adherence to vendor compliance policy
- Accurately adhere to Warehouse Labor Standard, "Preferred Method Standard".
- Replenishment tasks: Drop merchandise for "reserve" to "pick" slots.
Additional duties:
- Perform daily inspections of equipment, such as forklifts, Reach truck, clamp,
- Help with other inventory and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Accurately select/pick merchandise from the assigned slot and confirm the correct quantity and unit of measure.
- Load Merchandise into the appropriate truck.
- Repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
- Identify and report slot and put-away problems.
- Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets after picking as needed.
- Performs housekeeping duties as assigned.
Experience & Responsibilities:
- 0-3 Years of Experience.
- Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials.
- Fills requisitions and orders.
- Packs, crates, and ships products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line.
- May operate forklift.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
