We areseekinga highly motivated, strategic, and patient-focusedImmunology Therapeutic Specialistto join our growing Immunology team. This is an exciting opportunity to playan important rolein bringing innovative therapies to healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.

The Opportunity

As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, you willbe responsible fordriving performance within your assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan.

You will work in a complex specialty environment, partnering with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders while collaborating closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to help support appropriate patientaccess and education.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals.

  • Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders.

  • Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, andappropriate useof Incyte therapies.

  • Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines.

  • Partner cross-functionallywith Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients.

  • Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market.

  • Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conductedin accordance withcompany policies and compliance guidelines.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred.

  • Proven success inpharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty salesexperienceor related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience.

  • Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty marketis stronglypreferred.

  • Strong clinical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information.

  • Demonstrated success in a complex sellingenvironment withina matrixed organization.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory asrequired.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience launching a new product orindication.

  • Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways.

  • Experience with CRM and digital sales platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.

  • Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations.

  • Advanced clinicaldegreesuch as PharmD, PA, or NP.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
