The Company is seeking an Office Services Associate to support multiple client accounts within a designated geographic area. This role provides office services including reprographics, mail, and intake functions in both physical and digital environments, with additional support for hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other service lines as needed. The role requires flexibility to support different accounts on a rotating or changing basis.


Responsibilities

  • Perform reprographics, mail, intake, and general office services according to established procedures.
  • Process job tickets, maintain appropriate logs, prioritize workflow, and meet contracted deadlines.
  • Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding job status, deadlines, and service issues.
  • Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment; load machines with paper, toner, and other supplies.
  • Perform quality assurance on completed work and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
  • Answer phones and emails, place service calls, and interact professionally with clients in person and electronically.
  • Use equipment and supplies efficiently while following Company and client-site policies.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents appropriately.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
  • Experience with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and related office equipment.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and positive "can-do" attitude.
