Description and Requirements About the role This is a unique opportunity to join our Global Supply Chain organization as the CSP Customer and Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager. This role combines the strategic management of two key pillars: the customer-facing Engineering Quality team and the internal Manufacturing Product Quality Engineering floor team. Leading a highly regarded, well-established team spanning across four countries, this position serves top global enterprise customers across three worldwide manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate bridging this dual scope possesses deep manufacturing process knowledge, strong client-facing executive presence, multicultural leadership experience, and the ability to connect floor operations with strategic customer expectations.
