What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our MarCom Team in Pennsylvania! This role follows a remote work model. What you'll be challenged to do: The Marketing & Communications Specialist develops and executes integrated marketing and communications initiatives that promote business objectives, enhance client engagement, advance thought leadership initiatives, and increase brand visibility for assigned markets and business areas. This role contributes to the development and execution of marketing communications plans, campaigns, and programs, requiring strategic thinking, impactful writing, audience-focused messaging, and disciplined execution. A successful marketing specialist is a versatile self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals. Must manage time and coordinate resources effectively while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives, quality standards, and continuous improvement. The employee must bring a proactive, professional, and creative approach; be an effective listener; and clearly communicate in both written and oral presentations. The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
