Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The Procurement Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading sourcing execution and supplier management for critical materials, components, and services supporting semiconductor and probe card manufacturing operations. This role works in conjunction with procurement professionals and/or category owners, executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and driving alternate sourcing capability, ramp and volume availability as well as supporting cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity outcomes. The position operates at global level, translating broader procurement strategy into execution plans and contributing input related to supplier risks, cost drivers, and short- to mid-term supply planning horizons. This role partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Procurement and Planning to ensure supplier capability, material availability, and alignment with manufacturing requirements.
