This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Greenwich Drive (San Diego, CA) and remote. Involves identifying, building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders across the health enterprise. Activities include identifying opportunities to generate new business, working closely with cross functional teams and executive leadership to identify, develop and implement new growth opportunities. Technical leader with a high degree of knowledge in the overall healthcare field and recognized expertise in specific areas; problem-solving frequently requires analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure. Will manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies, processes, and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Applies advanced knowledge of business development to lead and facilitate strategic growth projects and initiatives. Implements operational changes that expand the reach of existing clinical programs, increase access to services, and improve patient care delivery. Drives initiatives that leverage technology and standardize processes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $123,000 - $237,800 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $58.91 - $113.89 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
