The Sr Advisor, Growth Programs role will lead the growth and profitability of Enbridge's HVAC financing business in North Carolina by crafting commercial strategy, improving dealer partnerships, and providing innovative financing solutions that bring value to customers, dealers, and the business.
What you will do:
Lead the commercial strategy for the HVAC equipment program in North Carolina. This involves product and financing terms, pricing, fees, promotional approach, and overall financial outcomes. Make sure these correspond with regulatory rules and utility objectives. Drive profitable growth by designing, introducing, and improving dealer-led financing programs, balancing customer value, dealer economics, credit performance, and margin targets. Develop and oversee lead generation approaches, dealer collaborations, and third-party connections to broaden market presence and boost financed volume via the dealer channel. Define and own financing commercial terms, including pricing, fees, promotions, dealer economics, and customer offers, to deliver balanced and profitable growth across HVAC financing products. Develop and carry out a multi-year growth plan for the HVAC financing portfolio, balancing volume growth, credit performance, customer value, and margin objectives. Partner with Finance, Regulatory, and Legal to evaluate the financial, regulatory, and risk implications of proposed commercial structures; lead submissions through governance forums and secure required approvals. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to articulate product advantages, refine the value proposition, incorporate dealer and sales feedback, and ensure alignment with customer and dealer needs. Monitor market and competitive dynamics, applying competitive awareness to support pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies; develop and carry out specific promotional tactics to encourage demand as needed. Track and report on commercial performance, including sales volume, profitability, credit metrics, and dealer performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Who are you:
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or an associated quantitative or commercial area. Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, cost structures, and profitability drivers to inform and set commercial strategies that deliver balanced growth. Demonstrated history of formulating and implementing pricing and promotional strategies that support company objectives, market opportunities, and competitive positioning. Demonstrated skill in financial modeling, commercial strategy, and analytics, with a detailed understanding of how pricing, fees, and promotions influence margin, credit performance, and overall profitability. Ability to communicate complex financial and commercial concepts clearly and persuasively to senior leaders and cross-functional collaborators, including Finance, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Product. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of managing and resolving complex commercial challenges in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. Proven experience leading initiatives through influence, managing projects, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred:
MBA or Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, demonstrating advanced commercial, financial, or strategic expertise. Experience with pricing tools, financial systems, and data analytics platforms, including advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with tools such as R, Python, or ERP systems is an asset. 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, financial analysis, pricing, or product leadership within HVAC, home services, financial services, or a closely related industry. Exposure to consumer financing products, credit-based offerings, or point-of-sale financing models, particularly within a dealer or partner-led ecosystem. Strong understanding of the home services market, including HVAC equipment, dealer-led distribution models, competitive dynamics, and customer demand drivers. Experience working within regulated or quasi-regulated settings, with the ability to integrate regulatory constraints into commercial build and decision-making.
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to):
Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary Ranges from $115,000 - $145,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
