Summary:

The Manager, Philanthropy Stewardship is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive, system-wide donor stewardship program in support of Philanthropy's fundraising strategies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education:Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
2. License/Certifications:N/A
3. Experience:Minimum of fiveyears of progressive experience in donor relations and/or stewardship, preferably within healthcare, philanthropy, or complex, system-based organizations.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Strong expertise in donor stewardship, recognition, and donor relations best practices.

The pay range for this position is $83,324.80to $112,736.00per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
