Naval Weapons Systems Program Manager, Senior The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your program management expertise and DoD acquisition experience to make an impact on national security? You've spent a career operating at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels advising senior leaders, coordinating across Combatant Commands, and translating complex defense requirements into executable plans and programs. You will provide program management leadership across the full acquisition lifecycle. You will advise senior government stakeholders on program strategy, schedule, and execution, develop and maintain program documentation, and coordinate across multiple DoD organizations, program offices, and industry partners to support acquisition planning and delivery objectives. You will help shape and sustain the capabilities that underpin fleet readiness. You will draft and present technical briefings, program status reports, and white papers for both technical and senior non-technical audiences, manage task tracking and reporting requirements, support budget formulation and execution, and coordinate with government, military, and industry stakeholders to drive program outcomes. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
