Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $134,100.00 - $223,500.00 for Chicago, IL and $124,200 - $207,000 for a remote position.This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 20%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Position Details The Senior Product Manager for Grainger.com is responsible for advancing the end-to-end customer experience, partnering with product managers across search, cart and checkout, and account management to evaluate journey effectiveness and identify opportunities to create more connected and valuable digital experiences for customers. We are looking for product managers to help guide and chart a course for Grainger's enterprise systems and application development so that Grainger continues to be the destination for "the ones that get it done". The Senior Product Manager contributes to the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of future products, with high degree of ownership over critical features and the customer experience. You will work with engineering, design, and operations to develop and launch innovative aspects of a product. You are creative and highly analytical, able to work in a matrix organization, can synthesize a variety of technologies and capabilities into products and applications that customers love. You will report to the VP, Product Management. Work Location: The position will be located in the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL and is hybrid with 2 days per week required in the office. We will also consider highly qualified non-local candidates for remote work who are willing to travel to Chicago for onboarding and occasional team meetings. Onsite onboarding will be required.
