Job Details:
Job Summary: The Fraud Analyst is responsible for detecting and preventing fraud across assigned project-related ticketing networks. They conduct daily monitoring activities, investigate cases of actual or suspected fraud, and implement processes to prevent fraudulent activity while minimizing false positives and customer impact. The role involves configuring and maintaining fraud detection systems and collaborating with vendors and stakeholders. The mission is to maximize revenue channels' profitability while minimizing fraud risk. The position requires discretionary decision-making authority. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
