Vendor & Construction Management * Manage installation partners, contractors, and third-party service providers. * Conduct field audits, progress reviews, quality inspections, and installation verification. * Drive accountability for schedule, safety, quality, and performance. * Establish a strong "right first time" culture across all project participants. Quality Assurance & Technical Leadership * Perform field inspections and quality reviews of deployed infrastructure. * Validate fiber test results, installation quality, structured cabling standards, and network readiness. * Lead technical issue resolution and coordinate responses to RFIs, field conflicts, and scope gaps. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned processes. Required Qualifications * 8+ years of experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure projects. * Experience managing schedules, milestones, vendors, contractors, and project delivery activities. * Strong background in data center construction, commissioning, infrastructure deployment, or critical facilities operations. * Experience leading deployments involving fiber optic cabling, structured cabling, network infrastructure, or connectivity systems. * Experience working within live critical environments requiring strict operational controls and change management. * Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams. * Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, field inspections, and installation verification.
