About the Opportunity A leading Financial Services organization in Minneapolis is seeking *Customer Service Representatives* to support Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals across the country. This is a *12-month contract opportunity* with strong potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and overall contribution to the team.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building a long-term career in financial services. Key Responsibilities * Handle approximately *60-70 inbound calls per day* from Financial Professionals seeking guidance on company policies and procedures. * Research policy information and provide accurate, timely support regarding: * Annuity products * Life insurance products * Policyholder benefits * Claims processing * Assist users with account registration and website navigation. * Communicate policy guidelines clearly and professionally. * Follow up with Financial Professionals as needed to ensure issue resolution. * Maintain detailed documentation and provide exceptional customer service on every interaction. * Support service level agreements (SLAs) by delivering efficient and accurate customer support. Training & Development The organization offers a comprehensive training program designed to set employees up for long-term success: Training Schedule * *6 weeks of classroom training* * *3 months of phone-based training* * *3-month Capstone period* featuring continued coaching and support *Important:* Attendance during training is critical. Time off is only permitted for pre-approved, planned absences.
