Position Title: Development Associate, Prospect Research Position Classification: Regular; Exempt; Full-Time; 40 Hours/Week Reports to: Manager of Prospect Research Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options. Please note that we do not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Candidates must be able to legally work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Position Overview Reporting to the Manager of Prospect Research, the Development Associate is responsible for identifying, researching, recommending, and analyzing prospects for major and principal gift cultivation and solicitation. The Development Associate conducts both high-level and in-depth research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to find those whose goals and interests best align with a philanthropic investment in Partners In Health. The starting salary range for new hires in this position is between $70,040-$74,160/year and may vary depending on multiple, individualized factors including functional experience and job-related experience.
