Location: Onsite in Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Salary range: $19.00 - $22.15 per hour, depending upon experience What work will you perform? As an Owner Operator Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Landstar's independent Owner-Operators, known as Business Capacity Owners (BCOs), as they begin their partnership with Landstar. You will serve as a primary resource for BCOs during their first 120 days, helping them understand Landstar's systems, tools, processes, and revenue expectations while providing guidance and resolving day-to-day operational questions. Through frequent and consistent contact, you will educate and support BCOs as they acclimate to the Landstar system and build a successful independent trucking business. You will conduct oral and written reviews at 45- and 90-day intervals to assess progress, address challenges, and provide additional coaching when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, relationship-building, and helping independent business owners succeed in a fast-paced transportation environment.
