AMSOIL INC. Is seeking an International Territory Sales Manager for Asia. The position is responsible for professionally representing AMSOIL and working to promote the expansion of AMSOIL sales in assigned regions through research, identification, recruitment, and training of new Distributors. Along with exploring new, potential markets, this role will maintain and support current Distributor relationships. In addition, the Territory Sales Manager for Asia is responsible for sales revenue and building AMSOIL brand awareness in the assigned territory and contributing to growth of sales, margin, number of distributors, etc. in managed territories and a deep understanding of AMSOIL International business.

What you will own:


Examples of Work Performed / Essential Functions:


Develop and implement yearly territory roadmap:



  • For each Distributor: review their needs, set sales objectives, create priorities and execute plan.
  • Update quarterly year-end sales revenue estimates and compare to original forecast.
  • Assess new countries and Distributors for targeted growth.


Achieve sales goals as planned on a quarterly and annual basis:



  • Maintain and strengthen existing Distributor relationships.
  • Train and support Distributors to foster sales growth.
  • Visit Distributors and prospects as required.
  • Conduct product and basic technical training as needed.


Expand number of Accounts in assigned territory as warranted:



  • Research, network and find other methods to identify prospective new Distributors or Direct accounts.


  • Screen and present potential Distributors to the International team for review.
  • Work closely to formally onboard selected new Distributors to enhance effectiveness.


Gather market intelligence and Distributor feedback to share with International Sales team and staff support functions:



  • Competitors and local regulatory information.
  • Distributor feedback and their specific support needs to expand sales.


Update leads and account information in CRM:



  • Capture new leads and update pertinent information.



Non-Essential Functions:



  • Serve as a professional AMSOIL representative at trade shows, conferences, associations, racing events, etc.
  • Learn and follow appropriate company procedures and quality system work instructions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor to meet the needs of the organization.



What you bring:


Minimum Qualifications:


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International, or other related field required.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience, international sales experience, international business experience.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate strong Chinese language skills, including reading, writing, and verbal communication.
  • Multicultural immersion experience preferred.
  • Experience traveling and conducting business overseas preferred.
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred.



Certificates/Licenses Required:



  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to obtain a Passport.

  • Presentation experience.
  • Proven success using project management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with a team as well as independently.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn about lubrication industry.



Travel: Travel is required for this position 35% of the time.



Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (or Canada if applicable) without current or future employer sponsorship.

Pay Range: Min: $97,000 Mid:$114,000
