The Receiving and Storage (R&S) Technician is responsible for the accurate receipt of raw materials, pre-batching activities, inventory tracking and control, and the proper storage of all materials used in the manufacturing process. Rotation across all job functions is essential to ensure operational flexibility and cross-functional competency. All team members are expected to comply with established safety policies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment, while consistently meeting production objectives and adhering to quality standards.

Schedule: 3rd Shift Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:30am

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.


  • Receive and inspect incoming raw materials to verify accuracy, condition, and compliance with established specifications
  • Identify, document, and report damaged, discrepant, or non-conforming materials in accordance with procedures
  • Accurately review batch tickets and perform prebatching of raw materials
  • Prebatch materials according to production schedules, batch records, and work instructions
  • Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and full traceability throughout the handling process
  • Maintain materials in clearly labeled, organized, and accessible storage locations
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Handle and unload both dry and liquid raw materials in accordance with safety and operating procedures
  • Utilize floor computer systems to retrieve, input, and maintain inventory data
  • Perform required forklift and equipment inspections prior to use
  • Apply proper bonding and grounding procedures during material handling operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Follow established inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks (walkies), drum handling equipment, and battery charging/changing systems

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have a valid driver's license, for use of the R&S box truck

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience operating mobile power equipment such as lift trucks, tow motors or pallet handling equipment, order pickers, high lifts, forklifts, or cherry pickers
  • Have at least one (1) of year work experience operating stationary power equipment such as palletizers, conveyors, hoists and stackers
