Commercial Appliance Parts & Service (CAPS) | Tampa Bay, FL
We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Tampa Bay team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in both commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment.
Must Have
* Valid Florida Contractor License - REQUIRED
* EPA Type II Certification or higher - REQUIRED
* Commercial HVAC experience
* Commercial kitchen equipment experience
* Previous lead or supervisory experience
* Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Driving record must align with our safety standards

What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and support service technicians
* Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
* Assist technicians with complex service calls and diagnostics
* Help oversee daily service operations and technician performance
* Communicate with customers and ensure quality service
* Participate in the on-call rotation
