Senior Surveyor SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor who is responsible for coordination and supervision of project-based survey/layout requirements. You will be responsible for executing and coordinating project-based survey activities across assigned projects, including preconstruction and design phase survey work, site setup and calibration, machine control support, drone operations, documentation, and daily survey coordination. Serves as an on-site survey resource, partnering with site leadership, Lead Surveyors, and project teams to support safe, accurate, and efficient survey execution aligned with project scope, schedule, and design intent RESPONSIBILITIES

The base pay range for this role is $78,800 MIN - $98,500 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
