Job Summary

The Digital Account Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution, delivery, optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns. This role works closely with sales, account management, ad operations, yield, finance, and client services teams to ensure digital orders are entered accurately, campaigns launch on time, and delivery and reporting issues are resolved efficiently. The successful candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities



  • Support sales and account management teams with the day-to-day execution of digital and cross-platform advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure digital orders are entered accurately and processed according to campaign requirements.
  • Troubleshoot order entry, creative assets, tracking tags, and brand safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with trafficking, yield, marketing, and other internal teams to support timely campaign launches and delivery.
  • Monitor live campaigns and investigate delivery, performance, and reporting issues.
  • Identify and recommend campaign optimizations and solutions to support delivery and minimize revenue risk.
  • Produce and analyze campaign performance reports.
  • Investigate third-party reporting discrepancies and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Partner with finance and billing teams to support billing accuracy, invoice adjustments, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support a positive client experience through timely communication and effective issue resolution.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital media, advertising operations, client services, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive working style.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in an analytical and deadline-driven environment.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.


Preferred Experience



  • Experience in digital media or digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with ad servers such as FreeWheel or Google Ad Manager.
  • Experience with digital measurement platforms.
  • Experience with order management systems such as Operative or Salesforce.
  • Experience with advertising campaign reporting tools.
