Key Responsibilities

* Support installation, startup, commissioning, and deployment of new and rebuilt automated equipment.

* Perform equipment testing and validation prior to production startup and customer acceptance.

* Provide on-site support for equipment installation, service, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operator training.

* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and automation-related issues.

* Support PLCs, HMIs, robotic systems, motion control systems, VFDs, and related automation hardware.

* Partner with engineering, project management, manufacturing, maintenance, and plant operations teams.

* Follow and promote safe work practices throughout all job functions

* Share responsibility for rotating after-hours field service coverage.

Basic Qualifications

* Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience in field service, automation, manufacturing, controls, or equipment commissioning.

* Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

* Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and automation systems.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

* Ability to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, motion control systems, and VFDs.

* AutoCAD or similar design software experience.

* Machine vision or industrial programming experience.
