Broker I, Construction and Infrastructure Are you looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your Construction & Infrastructure Risk career? Keen to work with an experienced team who are motivated by exciting work and continuous learning? Our Construction & Infrastructure Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Broker to join our Chicago C&I Brokerage team. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the Atlanta, GA office. What the day will look like The Casualty Broker plays a key role in assessing client needs, preparing market submissions, and negotiating coverage terms with insurers to secure optimal outcomes. This role collaborates closely with the Construction Casualty Broking Leaders, Account Executives, Originators, and Account Managers across Aon's Commercial Risk platform. Education: Bachelor's degree in with emphasis in business, preferably finance or accounting or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $77,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
