Job Summary:
The Department of Anesthesiology, UW - Madison School of Medicine & Public Health, is seeking a Multi-Functional Research Administrative Manager to join our department's growing administrative team. The Multi-Functional Research Administrative Manager will perform grant lifecycle management in the Department of Anesthesiology and directly manage the work of our pre and post-award administration team. This position will work closely with our finance team, research program manager and an eclectic group of principle investigators, to oversee grant submissions, progress reports, grant closeout, compliance and budgetary changes throughout the lifecycle of an award. The Multi-Functional Research Administrative Manager position will report to the Research Program Manager. This role provides an ideal opportunity for an experienced grants administrator who is well-organized, financially inclined and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:The expected salary range for this position is $92,000 up to $106,390 for highly experienced candidates and actual pay within this range will depend on experience and qualifications.
