Location: Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Labeling Project Specialist to support product labeling and documentation projects in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating labeling deliverables, managing project timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams from project start through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation, revision, and approval of product labeling, Instructions for Use (IFUs), packaging artwork, labels, and related documentation.
• Coordinate labeling projects, develop schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of project objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, marketing, and project teams to gather content and manage document revisions.
• Facilitate document reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and customer requirements are met.
• Monitor project risks, communicate status updates, and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.
• Support document control processes, labeling implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• At least 2 years of labeling, technical writing, documentation, or document control experience.
• Medical device industry experience required.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MS Project and Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
