Description Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, developing talented teams, and ensuring exceptional facilities operate at their best? Hilton Milwaukee is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead all aspects of the Engineering Department and oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational excellence of one of Milwaukee's most iconic hospitality destinations. As a member of the hotel's Executive Committee, the Director of Engineering plays a critical role in the strategic leadership of the property. This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all building systems, equipment, and facilities while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience for guests and associates alike. There's no better time to join us as Hilton Milwaukee continues its transformation as Milwaukee's premier hospitality destination. Connected directly to the newly expanded Baird Center, Milwaukee's premier convention center, Hilton Milwaukee is the city's largest hotel and a historic landmark. Originally opened in 1927 as the iconic Schroeder Hotel, the property has long been recognized for its exceptional guest accommodations, expansive meeting and event space, and commitment to world-class service. Adding to the property's unique appeal is The Marc, an independent hotel experience located within the same downtown destination. The Marc brings independent style, convention-center convenience, and downtown walkability together in one polished package. With direct skywalk access to the Baird Center and a location in the heart of the city, guests enjoy seamless access to Milwaukee's thriving business, entertainment, and cultural districts. Our prime location places us near major corporate headquarters, including Fiserv, Milwaukee Tool, Graef, and Marquette University, while some of Milwaukee's most popular attractions are just steps away. Guests can catch a concert at Fiserv Forum or Miller High Life Theatre, cheer on the Bucks and Admirals, explore 3rd Street Market Hall, or experience the best dining and nightlife the city has to offer. As we continue to invest in our property, our associates, and the guest experience, we invite you to become part of our leadership team and help shape the future of Hilton Milwaukee and The Marc.
