Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Educator/Staffing Coordinator (RN)Full Time - $20,000 Sign On Bonus Position Summary This unique role combines clinical education, workforce development, and staffing coordination to support our dedicated team of Mental Health Technicians (MHTs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Nursing Supervisors. The Clinical Education & Staffing Coordinator (RN) serves as a member of the Nursing Leadership Team responsible for ensuring the Nursing Department maintains a competent, well-trained, and appropriately staffed workforce. The position provides leadership for clinical orientation, competency validation, mandatory education, and ongoing staff development while coordinating staffing and scheduling for Mental Health Technicians (MHTs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Nursing Supervisors. Through collaboration with Nursing Leadership and Human Resources, the position promotes workforce readiness, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and the delivery of safe, high-quality behavioral health care. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) perferred Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required. Experience in a behavioral health, clinical education, staff development, orientation, competency validation, staffing coordination, scheduling,or nursing leadership highly desirable Age-Specific Competencies: Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric Licensure/Certification: Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license or compact state RN license required. CPR/CPI Certification Required - provided upon hire.
