What You'll Do



  • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
  • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns.
  • Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound calls to patients or physicians, providing essential support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations.


Required Qualifications

To excel in this impactful role, you will bring a combination of foundational education, practical experience, and essential certifications:



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Have a valid and current Pharmacy Technician's or Pharmacy Technician Trainee's license for the state of operation.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position.
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday and be flexible to work an 8-hour shift from 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
