What You'll Do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of various marketing projects, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring rigorous adherence to established processes and timely delivery of all project components.
• Provide essential hands-on technical and operational support, deeply analyzing internal workflows and systems to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrate exceptional adaptability by strategically allocating your time based on project demands, including dedicating focused efforts to critical system initiatives during peak periods.
• Contribute significantly to the overall success of marketing campaigns and initiatives by optimizing operational efficiency and maintaining project integrity.
• Manage a dynamic workload that encompasses traditional project management responsibilities alongside vital system, technical, and administrative support, including meticulous system tracking and process workflow management.
• Serve as a system administrator for project management software, focusing on setup, configuration, and reporting functionalities to maximize team efficiency and project visibility.
• Collaborate closely with media teams to ensure all deliverables precisely meet specified requirements and standards.
• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation initiatives, playing a key role in the strategic execution of impactful campaigns.

• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or demand generation strategies.
• Proficiency in the setup, configuration, and reporting functions of project management software.
• Experience collaborating effectively with media teams to ensure files are delivered to precise specifications.
