Academic Advisor and Coordinator Student Services - Gies College of Business Gies Graduate Programs Job SummaryThis role will play a vital role in enhancing the student experience across multiple residential graduate programs. Responsible for providing day-to-day support to students, ensuring the operational success of administrative processes such as onboarding and advising throughout all phases of the learner experience. Lead communication outreach and transition initiatives to promote learner retention. Involves assisting students with academic policies and procedures, course selection, schedule planning, and preparation for successful business careers. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after search close date. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience while considering internal equity. The budget salary for this position is $61,500 to $63,500. The position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship for work authorization. Remote work options may be available for this position (after an initial period of fully on-site); however, must be available to be onsite at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus based on operational needs.
