Role Overview
The PET Regional Modality Leader is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving growth and expanding the use of PET imaging across a defined region. This role blends strategic leadership, clinical expertise, and account management to accelerate adoption of PET radiopharmaceuticals. You will partner closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders while also leading select high-value strategic accounts and supporting enterprise-level initiatives in molecular imaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy to grow the PET imaging portfolio, including diagnostic and emerging theranostic products
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and regional opportunities
- Support and elevate field sales performance through coaching, training, and expertise in clinical, reimbursement, and consultative selling
- Manage and grow key strategic PET accounts, building long-term partnerships with health systems and IDNs
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing clinical, operational, and financial decision-making
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PET and molecular imaging, providing guidance on clinical applications, workflow, and reimbursement
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to strengthen market positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction
- Provide input on pricing, account strategy, and solution delivery to optimize business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, reimbursement frameworks, and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CNMT, ARRT, or radiology/healthcare administration credentials preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, molecular imaging, or specialty healthcare sales
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and quality systems
- Deep expertise in PET and molecular imaging, including clinical applications and market dynamics
- Experience managing strategic accounts and developing long-term growth plans
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and market access dynamics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
