Role Overview
The Territory Manager is a strategic, growth-focused sales professional responsible for expanding business and building strong partnerships across a defined region. In this role, you will lead high-impact customer engagements with health systems, hospitals, and imaging centers. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and position Jubilant as a valued partner through meaningful, value-based conversations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex healthcare environments and enjoys building lasting executive-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to commercial growth priorities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, competitive conversions, renewals, and account expansion
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, maintaining accurate tracking of opportunities, stakeholders, and next steps
- Lead strategic account planning across IDNs and health systems, including multi-site coordination
- Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Communicate Jubilant's value through tailored, customer-specific solutions and messaging
- Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Partner cross-functionally with inside sales, operations, and pharmacy teams to deliver customer success
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity in radiopharma and diagnostic imaging
- Represent Jubilant at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven success in territory management, pipeline development, and account growth
- Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, or Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations
- Strong ability to build relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders
- Knowledge of consultative or solution-based sales approaches (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) preferred
- Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or diagnostic imaging preferred
- Understanding of healthcare economics and reimbursement models preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
