Position Summary: The Operations Support Analyst is a critical role responsible for supporting field operations through data analysis, reporting, and coordination of projects and resources across multiple regions. This role ensures operational visibility, efficient resource utilization, and alignment between Operations, PMO, and field teams.

  • Track key performance indicators
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports and dashboards
  • Track and coordinate active projects across multiple regions
  • Maintain project trackers including schedules, status updates, and resource assignments
  • Ensure alignment between Operations, PMO, Engineering, and field teams
  • Track technician assignments and workforce allocation
  • Support capacity planning and workload balancing across regions
  • Coordinate between regional management to optimize resource utilization
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Recommend and evaluate new software and tools to enhance operational capabilities
  • Support implementation of new systems, dashboards, and SOPs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:



  • Associates Degree in a business-related field; 2 years of equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
  • Five years supporting Federal Government contracts in an administrative position.
  • Experience working with multiple groups in several locations and interacting with different levels of management in the commercial and federal marketplace


Language Ability:



  • Read, analyze, and interpret business, professional, technical, or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions.


Mathematical Ability:



  • Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.



Reasoning Ability:



  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


Computer Skills:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, Outlook,
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI
