Primary Purpose:


Provide administrative support to Director of Operation(s), ensuring district and district-GO payroll, event planning & scheduling, filing administration are completed accurately and on time. Maintain personnel and training records in accordance with company policy. If applicable, support the DO in the oversight and management of the physical General Office for their district.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the general office and district.
  • Promote positive relations and a pleasant working environment.
  • Complete weekly GO payroll for all associates reporting into the district GO.
  • Support peer GO Admins with processing of weekly payroll during their vacations.
  • Provide system support to Director of Operations with various system applications as requested.
  • Review GO expense reports, district P&L statements and other financial data as requested and prepare variance reports.
  • Assist in preparation of GO budgets.
  • Run and analyze reports as needed for Director of Operations.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling district meetings and events.
  • Maintain and ensure the security of all associate-related files, records and documents.
  • Comply with all company policies, practices, legal requirements, and ethical procedures.
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality with all information.

  • Assist Director of Operations and Retail Talent Specialist with scheduling and tracking of district trainee and training information including distribution, tracking and follow up on training guides.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Occasional travel as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations.


Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Ability to master both the SuccessFactors HR and learning systems and the payroll system
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Ability to think critically and logically
  • High level understanding of standard practice and ethical behavior in record keeping
  • Familiarity with Office applications including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to use computer and other communication systems required for performing functions
  • Ability to move freely about a retail store, with occasional bending and lifting as a contributor to various operational functions.
  • Ability to stand/walk the majority of the shift.


The Pay Range for this Position is $18.98-$27.25/hr
