Our office is often fast-paced, and the ideal candidate must be flexible as daily priorities may shift. A successful candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service, computer, and analytical skills. Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following: Answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries. Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint. Delivering excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students during every interaction. Issuing Lobo ID Cards Assist with administrative duties for multiple departments. Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook. Proficient in MS Office. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
