Description and Requirements Job Description Summary: The Director of NA REL PCSD Business Management is a strategic and transformational leader responsible for driving share, revenue, and profit outcomes for PCSD across the North America Relationship (REL) business. Reporting to the Executive Director for Commercial Product & Business Management, this leader partners closely with Segment Sales Leaders, Product Management, Sales Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape strategy, drive execution discipline, and lead a high-performing business management organization. This role requires a confident executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed environment, as well as translating strategy into measurable results while developing a best-in-class team.
